"Gayle is a condescending rude individual who thinks she knows better than everyone else, to the point of gaslighting. They never have medications in stock, never order when they say they're going to. Just incompetent and have no business pretending to be a caring and compassionate service provider."

"The only reason that I have awarded one star to this appalling excuse for a service provider is that the system does not permit me to award a zero (which it richly deserves.) ..... Rowland's Pharmacy in Field Rd is totally incompetent and really should be closed down...... Every single delivery I have had has been incomplete .... It is a rare skill to be so consistent in poor service and I would recommend that you avoid Rowland's at all cost. . . Since I wrote the scathing review above I persisted with Rowland's Pharmacy and I am delighted to notice a huge upturn in customer service. I don't know what has brought this about but it is a very welcome move and I am beginning to have my faith restored in a good service which I am starting to appreciate. I have upgraded the review to a 3 star rating as a result and I hope that the improvement continues to improve."

"Went to pick up a prescription on Tuesday 10th November and was told this wouldn't be ready until Wednesday 11th , the doctors confirmed that this was sent over electronically on Friday 6th. Went back on Wed at 5.40pm and was advised that they shut at 5pm now. Website still shows 6pm and they have never advised me of the change. This has resulted in me missing 2 days of important medication. We will no longer be using this pharmacy."

"Fantastic experience today. I am a new user of Rowlands pharmacy in Wallasey and wouldn't hesitate to use it from now on. Parking was free and available without hassle. I went for myself and was pleased with Covid control measures, very clear and well managed by the counter staff. I happened to mention my Dads medcal needs and was amazed by the amount of helpful advice I received. Very friendly, very happy customer."

"Best most friendly staff. Been with them for years. Just reading these reviews and im Stunned. Yes they occasionally 'take ages', and yes they always prefer a few days notice But in times of crisis when my heart pills run out, and other crucial meds - they are amazing. The amount of effort they have put in 'outside their remit' might i add; to ensure I got my meds. I think is just lovely. X Thanx peeps. X Rozz. X"
