"Since the staff have changed here, the customer service is shocking. Prescriptions never ready (despite being sent over a week ago), told they haven't got certain medications and then spot them on the shelf - the old staff and pharmacist were fantastic."
"Great team in the pharmacy, very helpful and efficient. I am a new customer and will be using this place more."
"Recently moved to this Pharmacy, and can only say all the staff are superb, friendly, polite , and very helpful xx"
"Absolute disgrace, the customer service from the staff who work earlier in the week is appalling. Please treat your staff working on Mon/Tue/ Wed to some customer service training. An example I went to collect a prescription and there were two other customers waiting. It must have been five minutes until a member of staff eventually served one of the customers, although the pharmacist and two other members of staff were present. This customer had items missing from her prescription and when it was queried the dark haired member of staff said “ oh yeah we haven’t got them”. The second customer commented that this was her fourth visit for the same item and she would not use this chemist again. My overall wait was approx 15 mins. My wife visited today (6.2.23 ) again to collect a prescription. The door chime sounded as she entered and she could see the member of staff ( approx 35/40 hrs old with dark hair ) deep in conversation with another member in the medication preparation area. She was leaning on counter in the towards the back of the shop. She carried on talking without acknowledging my wife, even though the blonde haired pharmacist had looked up and seen her. My wife eventually said ‘excuse me’ and the member of staff staying towards the back of the shop said ‘what do you want’. My informed her she was collecting a prescription and remaining where she stood “what’s your name”. She informed my wife that there were delays with the prescriptions and it was relayed to her that my wife had received a text the previous week to say it was ready. The manner this member of staff displayed was apathetic with total disregard for any customer care. Unless there is a significant improvement in the way your staff treat customers we will be changing our pharmacy. P.S. the original staff members who work later in the week are first class and perhaps they should teach the others how to deal with customers in a positive way."
"Not open on a Saturday morning, I've just been at 11.30. Not a complaint, just correcting duff information."
