"Amazing central London location, close to the the tube lines and minutes away walking from the London eye. Also several shops within a minutes walk for essentials. The hotel was clean with nice furniture and staff available 24/7. The rooms were nice and well equipped and the price was excellent. We went as a family and was perfectly suited especially as it was quiet without noise which is commonly an issue when staying at hotels over night. The rooms also had plenty of space."

"Great hotel in a fabulous location. Fairly priced for where it is. Rooms clean, good facilities and decorated to a high standard. Could walk easily to Buckingham palace, theatres, almost everywhere we needed to go. Supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants on the doorstep. Would definitely stay again and the kitchenette was a good facility- especially for longer stays, service on front desk efficient and friendly."

"Fairly spacious rooms, very well equipped (rooms has kitchen, which is convenient given a Sainsbury nearby). Waiting areas at the lobby are installed with plenty of sockets, which is a great touch for guests having a long wait till check in. The only thing I wish could be improved was the breakfast. Menu was quite limited and mostly cold food, definitely not worth the extra 20 pounds add-on to the daily room rate."

"No hot water for 3 nights out of the 8 nights we stayed. Management did a poor job providing updates. Phone in the room was broken and the mattress was pretty hard. The best part of the hotel is that it is right next to the tube so getting to places is very convenient."

We received a partial refund, but then got charged more than the refunded price on the card used to secure the booking the day after. Shocking customer service, hotel not contactable over their email. Would not recommend."
