"Due to sickness I had to cancel my booking. Despite notifying them about the cancellation I was fully charged for stay. I don't recomend Zeni Studio Vauxhall."

"The apartment was dirty (dust on the desk and the floor; the marble, mirror and screen in the bathroom dirty, the shower clogged; the kitchen was dirty and the utensils with food remains; there was only a scourer and no other cleaning utensils ;The fire alarm went off constantly and made a deafening noise, waking us up suddenly in the middle of the night.Other guests confirmed that the alarm had been going off for days.The mattress and pillow were very uncomfortable,no rest Okay. You can't leave your bags at reception once you've checked-out. The only good thing is the location, which is very close to the train and supermarkets."
