"Dear Gabriella , after the experience we had at the property situated in 3, Benbow Road we want to ask the refound of the total amount we paid to rent the room. List of issue : Got a Leak at the ceiling room and we got a wet clothes with starting mold Bedroom door couldn’t be locked safety and we realize after some day that with the key of room number 6 you could be opened Radiator always turned off and bedroom was cold also every morning we were waking up with lot of moisture and water on top of windows glass and shelf Oven at 2 floor kitchen have a problem with fan and when someone else was using at late night we couldn’t sleep.also at day time was a hell with horrible noise. Bathroom locks they were wrong fitted and also 2 nights 2 different person has been locked in and they started to punch the door and scream asking for help 4 different times we had to help some guest with a check in because they was worried without any email about “check in instruction” Under the bed we found peanuts, empty bottle, duster and dirty tissues. One of the wall shelf wasn’t fixed and falling down For 13 days we got a dirty and stinky home stuff bag on top of washing machine People was smoking at property and smoke detectors were out of working. One day we got an officer ringing at door he was catching a person SAFETY REGULATIONS door closer at bedroom doesn’t work door closer at kitchen miss spring and bracket Boiler room can be opened from outside, finding uncovered electricity cable, connection with tape and no FD30 door Fire alarm was keeping an alarm light but acoustic signal doesn’t work. Main key of the house it was always outside where anyone could take it and use it to open the door since no one was changing the code after closing it. So we are not happy about the experience and would be great if you want to send me back a refound please. Otherwise we will start an action involving Airbnb and the CAB.
