"Really nice and clean place. It suscks that the reception is not monitored, it could have made the place even more wonderful. Other than that, it is a cool place in itself."
"AVIOD!!! My family used one of the function rooms for a party and the manager was horrible and completely unhelpful. The manager was ready to ruin the event. I have also had many friends and families complain about the same issues. The place is a joke so if you don’t want to be disappointed better find a helpful venue."
"A room was booked (through a third party) for myself for 2 nights. I called ahead to confirm the booking and to advise I would need a groung floor room (no elevator) and also I would be arriving late. Of course when I check in no room on the ground floor was available as I should have checked in earlier (she says). The lady on reception would not offer any help. I left and booked the Premier Inn down the road. The hotel would not give a refund. Very poor customer service. NEVER AGAIN"
"Checked in 11th Jan. Requested a quiet room. Woken several times by noise above me. Endured for a while before complaining at reception. I asked to be moved but apparently they were fully booked, this wasn't reflected by the spaces in the car park. I enquired what was above my room as it sounded worse than inconsiderate guests, to be told there were escape rooms above! So much for my quiet room. I was offered a complimentary breakfast and a late checkout as way of an apology. Why would I want a late checkout on a business stay-I have to work. Receptionist told me that the rooms close at 9pm-it was actually nearer to 10pm. The whole place is tired and very dated. When the loo was flushed and the basin tap running, the bath filled with waste water from the plug hole. That explains the sewage smell from the bathroom. If you want to experience an escape room, this could be for you. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing stay in a nice hotel, look elsewhere."
"Stayed in this hotel on what was the hottest day of the year so far. There was air con in the reception area but unfortunately none in the room. There was a fan that was quiet enough to be left on. The room was big and had spare towels and pillows. The bathroom window had a very large crack in it and didn't open. Wasn't really an issue for us but we did mention it to reception as soon as we got to the room so as not to be blamed for it! Staff were friendly. Not much around and you couldn't really walk anywhere but that suited us as we were looking for a quiet night after a few hectic ones. Had dinner in the bar, very reasonably priced and was lovely."
