"Dirty Windows, dirty rugs, no chairs in the rooms"
"Sat nav tok me to the rear of the property and was confronted by 10+ rats with tattoos and 3 legs. Finally got in through the front entrance, after fighting my way through several house keeping carts? Got to reception, got my card key and wandered through a grubby carpeted corridor to room (remenicent of a down town Delhi hotel) . The beds looked lihe the previous occupant had made them, very badly. Lots of mould around the silicon in the bathroom with 1/2 a toilet roll on the shelf. I stayed for 4 nights, no replacement towels, linen or bin emptied during that time. I asked if there was a spare chair as there was none in the room and abruptly told No. Some how I think I'll not be staying there ever in the future."
"It’s a shame I have to give it a one star. Couldn’t find it to save my life then the staff were so blunt and a little rude. I was actually shocked by the room as we had ONE pillow to share between me and my partner, there were so many spider webs, the curtains doesn’t even cover the window, it was so DIRTY! Even the toilet roll was dirty. and no soap. I had a shower when I got home because I felt so grossed out by it. Never again. Think I’m traumatised if I’m honest."
"Staff are really nice and helpful but the hotel doesn't feel safe. Couldn't wait to leave. Rooms are very clean but dated and don't have enough sockets (none beside the beds). Kept seeing dodgy characters and the place feels gloomy. Not intending on going there again even though the staff are A*."
"Room was bigger than the usual - and the view of the lake was actually quite nice considering you're next to the m25. You can hear quite a bit from the other rooms, like doors opening and closing, TV etc. Staff were super friendly and check in and out was very efficient. Parking is included also so that's a plus!"
