Premier Inn Thurrock East hotel

"Booked last minute. A throughly pain free and enjoyable 2 night stay. Receptionists I dealt with were most helpful. Room was clean and bed was heavenly to sleep on. The chez lounge is a nice touch too. Bathroom was excellent with great shower . Thermostat for more heating should u need it . All in all , I will be staying here for the foreseeable future should I come to this part of town."

"Booked a accessible room for my elderly disabled dad and my mum well before Xmas. When we booked them in no accessible rooms were left for them ☹️. We had to help them up the long corridor through a door into the room. He couldn't use the bathroom properly as he is in a wheelchair. No apologies were made or refunds. Would not use again. If you book an accessible room you expect one"

"Amazing! One of the best experiences i ever had in hotels. Friendly receptionist, clean rooms, outstanding room facilities, security...i have no words to express how happy i am that i chose this hotel. I will definitely use this hotel in the future. I would rather travel 30 minutes there and have a lovely night and a good rest than paying £10 less for a lot less quality. 1st class Hotel, well done!!!"

"Stayed here for one night, friendly helpful staff on reception and the hotel was very quiet which was great. Room was very clean and more than enough space for family of 4 which 2 younger children. Literally a 5 minute drive from lakeside shopping centre and no problem parking the car"

"We always enjoy Premier Inn, the staff are always so helpful and friendly, unfortunately on this occasion they were less so, not rude, not in anyway, just disinterested. Having said that, when I asked one of the cleaning staff for some extra items for the room she couldn’t have been more helpful, so praise there. The reception staff were the ones to let the side down this time. The room was the usual functional and tidy setup however being the last room before a hallway dividing door we did hear that slam a few times, this however didn’t disturb our sleep. We booked the meal deal with the attached restaurant which was perfectly acceptable. The steak was cooked very nicely, in fact it was cooked better than a steakhouse we went to the day before. The service was quick and efficient. One of the bar staff seemed more interested in one of his locals than he was us, by carrying on his conversation with him whilst serving us, extremely rude in my book. All in all though the stay was ok."
