Premier Inn Tonbridge North hotel London Road, Tonbridge TN10 3AN

"We stayed overnight in this venue prior to a family funeral the following day. The online booking process is easy and quick. The staff at this venue are very helpful and friendly. The room is clean and the beds are extremely comfy. However, the shower is a little claustrophobic for a larger person like myself. The breakfasts are great. I favour a cooked brekkie, but, my fellow guests booked the continental. Both were what you can come to expect from this type of venue. they are hearty and tasty and more than adequate. The only downside was the fact that the restaurant next door, a Beefeater, was fully booked. But, this caused us to visit a local Italian eatery. (Please see my review of Ela Bella in Tonbridge - a venue that is well worth the visit). For the price, this was a great room. I have no real fault with this Premier inn as it ticked all of the boxes. I do recommend it."

"I travel and stay away a lot for work and have had hit and miss experiences. The restaurant staff were delightful and so warm and welcoming especially Phoebe and Emily who are a real asset. Good also was probably the nicest I have had at a Premier Inn so well done Debra Holland"

"'Purple Palace' offered everything that we expected. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pre-paid breakfast set us up nicely for the journey home..."

"Staff were OK, but tbh I found the room itself smelt damp, the beds for children were so solid it was like sleeping on a pallet, windows wouldn't open to get some fresh air so it was baking, you could heat the room but only had a fan to cool it down but your simply circulating hot air. We had breakfast booked at the beefeater next door but found both mornings it was very disappointing, poached eggs were absolutely solid, portion size of breakfast was small I could have had 3 portions to make a full English, but the hotel is a definite no go again"

"so, the night of my stay the room was £150 + £25 meal deal. on arrival i was told the restaurant was shut due to staff sickness so i couldn't get my evening meal. After being given my room key card on arrival to my room my door was already open left on the latch. The room was very poor quality and not worth the money. Very disappointed as i use this chain a lot."
