"Great location. Apartments are very well equipped - kitchen with oven, cooker, microwave, kettle, fridge, dishwasher and all needed tableware, pots and pans. Washer-dryer, coffee machine, TV etc. Very friendly and helpful staff. Luggage storage and lift are available. Good WiFi ( D 200Mbps / U 30Mbps). Highly recommended."
"Room and location were great. The staff, not so helpful, I have left something behind in my room after we checked. I have been trying to get it back for the last 2 weeks and they continue to tell me they can’t check for lost property or the room I left my item behind in is ‘occupied’ for over a month. A little bit ridiculous If you ask me, room service goes in every day? I just want my chopping board back"
"The receptionists provide NO customer service and do not care about visitors' issues, problems, not even responding to basic questions, avoiding eye contact. They are not professionals at all. NO cleaning service in 4 days, dirty floor and full bin. It was very disappointing. I had a random room alarm beeping since 7:30am but the receptionist just noted down the issue and said it happened sometimes in other rooms too and she could not do anything about it. She did not bother to look me in the eyes and say at least "sorry, we will try to fix it." It was insane, after 60 mins the alarm kept beeping, so eventually I left the room and hoped it would get solved during the day. There is heavy construction ongoing, so no privacy in the room, as the constructors can see into the room."
"Great apartment room and price for two nights was the same as a Travelodge. Very clean and comfortable and would definitely book again. There were a few things that needed attention. The biggest thing was the air con was only partially working. The room was very hot when we arrived as it was in full sun. The display said the filter needed cleaning. This could be a fire risk so hopefully they have done that now (Rm 605) We had a couple of flashing light bulbs so couldn't use those lights. The TV only had five working channels but as we were only there at night that wasn't such an issue. There is a horrendous bright green light on the ceiling near the door which is near the foot of the bed which casts an alien glow over the room when the lights are off. I assume its a night light in case of fire but we had to stick a plaster over it to dull it as it was too bright. The lady with the short grey hair on the desk was very abrupt when we arrived 'You're too early, come back later!' We only came to drop our case off! There was nothing that 'ruined' our stay. The trains didn't bother us and the building work would only be heard during the day. It's London so it's not usually quiet. There is a microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge with top freezer box, nespresso machine, hairdryer and all crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, wu liquid, dw tablets. It seemed very quiet when we were there, no noise from the corridor or doors banging. Tesco Express is five mins away, Sainsbury a little bit further. Good eateries close by and tube stations. Great location for our sightseeing."
"The worst place I have ever been to!!! This hotel will cancel your booking on the very last minute and will only inform you about this when you get to the lobby. I flew to London from Dubai and was meant to stay at this place. It was only when I got to the front desk that they told me about the cancellation apparently because they were "over-booked". I had booked my room A MONTH IN ADVANCE. It was 9pm and we had absolutely no where to go. The front desk staff are the absolute worst. They have no sense to help any of their guests even when the fault was on their end. I had previously read reviews of other customers saying that this hotel cancels their booking, but I did not think it would happen to me. So if you're going to book a room here, do not be surprised when they cancel your booking at the very last minute. I have travelled the world and have stayed at hotels of different classes. NO PLACE has been AS TERRIBLE as this one. An absolute pain. This hotel staff will ensure that you had the worst time possible!!"
