"We loved the rooms, very warm so we had to open a window and close some keys but that was fine and enough. Exceptional service and unbeatable attention. We had a serious problem With allí the airports closed and our flight cancelled... But Jay made sure that we didn't lack of anything. To put a snag, the cleaning of the kitchen. But nothing important. We will certainly repeat son."

"The location is great, and Anna at the reception is very nice and helpful. The executive apartment is ok, but it has little in common with the pictures you can see in the websites offering the apartment. I think there are several nicer apartments there, but I can only talk about ours... It was quite odd, because the bathroom was bigger than the bedroom; it was very dark and damp, and it didn't have any drawers anywhere. It had an electric towel heater, which probably is nice for winter but, with it on, the damp heat in the room was unbearable. We found the switch to turn it off, but even so it was quite hot. On the bright side, the kitchen has got nearly anything you may need, and Anna is always willing to help with any issue that may come up. There were some of those, as there are several things needing an update, but I must say they solved the problems quite quickly, and offered us an aditional service at no charge because of them"

"Great location for Emirates Stadium with easy access to many areas of Central London via a short walk to Finsbury Park Station. Rooms are spotlessly clean and well equipped with a small kitchen in each. Service is very personal and super helpful without being intrusive in any way."

"What a great find this was. Will absolutely book to stay again. Great location, close to underground station and lots of local amenities. The area was friendly and we (myself, mother and sister) all felt safe walking from the station to the apartment in the evening. The apartment itself was brilliant. It has everything you could need. The beds and linen were clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was clean and well spaced out. The bathroom was a great size for the size of the apartment. The big windows and light colour scheme made the room feel so spacious. Cannot fault it for the money. Anna is so sweet and definitely deserves a mention. She helped us with parking options when all the car parks we tried were full. Communicating via WhatsApp makes things easy. From the moment we walked in she made us feel comfortable and welcome. She was having a tough day with staff shortage but she was handling it like an absolute boss lady. All other staff we saw were friendly and polite. Like I said at the start, we will definitely be coming for a stay again on our next visit to London. Thanks!"
