"The hotel was fantastic, the location, the staff, the rooms, the food, Fantastic! The rooms were beautiful and spotless, as was the rest of the hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout the stay. The bed was beyond comfortable and the rooms were outstanding. I have only positive things to say about the stay. Would 100% return."

"Stayed here for a weekend getaway, fantastic hotel, ideal location, pleasant surroundings. The rooms are large and comfortable, staff make you feel welcome from the moment you walk through the door. Had dinner in the restaurant and couldnt not fault a thing, good value food and great service.10/10 from me."

"Hotel is very conveniently located for Paddington, clean room, and very pleasant welcoming staff on Reception. However, room too hot and we weren't able to lower the thermostat without it being freezing. Separate toilet also needs a small washbasin , and bathroom needs obscure glazing, as can see through door otherwise!"

"Very nice hotel but I recon if they had more activities they would be much more popular. They could have events in the evening for kids, family, teens, adults and more. That would be awesome. Very pleasant place to stay at though"

"Had a fine stay here and was able to check in early with no problem (and no fee if you sign up for their rewards program)! Staff was super nice and helpful. The hotel also gifted a free drink voucher to each guest in the room to be used at the hotel bar. Breakfast is a small fee to add on to your stay. My only complaint is that the waterproofing in my shower was damaged and caused water to leak all over the bathroom floor each time the shower was used which was a bummer. The pool also closes early (8 p.m.)"
