"Enjoyed a birthday meal with a group of seven last evening. Christmas Dinner was superb, huge variety of accompanying vegetables which really brought home the phrase “all the trimmings”. Two of the group had general menu items which were equally enjoyed. Super service, excellent timings. Coming back for another this month, so good. The following Wednesday - came back with my wife for a second Christmas meal. Every bit as enjoyable as the first, so there is consistency. Thank you to all the staff!"

"I booked this venue to celebrate my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary. It couldn't have been more perfect! We hired out the private cellar room for our 25 guests and it was brilliantly laid out, spacious and the food was incredible. The owner of the pub was helpful throughout and the staff were attentive.
