"We stayed for a layover due to our flight cancellation. The hotel was clean and the staff were very attentive. We stayed for both dinner and breakfast. Some delicious choices and very generous! The breakfast was laid out very well and a lot to choose from. Service was great too! We were only there short time but would recommend."
"The mercure is always a comfortable and enjoyable stay located in a quiet area for a peaceful sleep. The rooms are warm and clean and housekeeping are always available in the mornings.Check in is easy and fast the reception staff are all very patient polite and helpful even at busy times they are always cheerful and ready to answer any questions. I had eaten at the hotel and must say the food is just amazing.. always tasty and fresh."
"We had our Xmas party at the venue.The decoration and presentation was on point, the staff went the extra mile to cater for all our needs and were very helpful. Top service. The food which was a 3 course meal was exceptional. The chef personally greeted us and checked on us. The guests thoroughly enjoyed the service and food and would be recommending this venue and hotel to all friends and family. Special thanks to Vijay for help setting up the event and to Jo on the day for his assistance throughout."
"Room wasn't clean at all, visible stains all over the carpet, wood around the bathroom door was cracked and beginning to rot at the bottom. Bath plughole chain was broken so there was no way to drain water after shower. Tried to call reception to let them know bit the phone in the room was also broken. The only good service was the check in staff on the front desk who were very helpful."
"Not sure if it was the Corp rate I was paying but the rooms are clean; functional and a little tired around the edges. Food was a little limited in choice but well prepared and presented and tasty. £13.50 for a chicken Cesar salad might be a little high but it is London and it still filled me up enough that I didn't go wanting more."
