"The staff at this hotel are very rude and aggressive in their manner. They don’t respect their customers and the man with the religious turban is very passive aggressive. Be careful when booking this hotel as the manager will side with his staff before fully hearing concerns of the customer. The rooms are ok but air conditioning does not always work adequately. Location is a quiet area but back to the main point of the rude and hostile staff and manager."

"Pleasant welcome when we arrived. Very quick check in. Room was very clean & welcoming. Our room backed on to the busy M4 but never once heard the traffic. Bed was so comfortable best night sleep we have had in a very long time. Easy check out. Will definitely stay again."

"Great stay comfy beds and cheap rooms. We stayed Saturday night and when we arrived early the lady on reception was so nice and let us check in at 1pm as there was a room ready. She was so helpful helping with tubes and parking etc.. although we were woken up by shouting people early in the morning, the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was also great but never had a bad one at a premier inn."
