"A nice hotel in an excellent location right in the heart of Hayes High Street. If you book a family room make sure they don't give you the one on the ground floor which is just a twin room with a double bed in it. The family rooms on the first and second floor are excellent. Service is good and staff are friendly. I have stayed here several times and would definitely stay again."

"Honestly one of the best budget hotels I've stayed at. Much nicer than so many of the more expensive ones I've stayed it. Everything about it was lovely. Quick and easy service. Beds were very comfy. Bathroom was lovely. Loads of space for storage. The only thing was there wasn't a room service menu! But I could have asked for one if I wanted it. It was just great! Wish I could have stayed longer than a night."

"The hotel is located very close to the underground and buses so it is easy to access areas when wanting to go out. The hotel staff is very friendly and the continental breakfast was very tasty with a wide variety of food. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable! Highly recommended :) loads of tea and coffee is also provided with a wide screen TV in the bedroom :)"
