"Well escorted someone for an appointment. Had PCR covid tested done jumped through all the hoops they wanted. Came into the appointment no problem. Went out for a quick drink nurses all reassured me that I would get back onto the ward no problem spent 4 hours in reception as was refused entry. Couldn't even get any information reception well complete jokers. I understand covid rules and all that. But this is worse that trying to break into a prison nine un impossible."
