Reviews of Fountayne Road Health Centre
"I have many years of having to deal with this surgery for close relatives and I would honestly not recommend them to anyone! One or two of the GP’s are ok, but generally the staff are unprofessional, often very rude (on the phone especially), unhelpful and unsupportive. I have made a couple of complaints to the practice manager but sadly nothing seems to really improve."
"It's ok, but not half as good as my local GP practice, the Nightingale. In fact I only know reception, which is not particularly friendly; I've never had an appointment with one of the doctors so I can't comment on them. I go to see the Community Heart Nurses, who are lovely."
"Dr Hadid is the best doctor that I have ever had. iI is a shame I had to move. Very sad that I could not continue to see her. She has always been very supportive especially when I was diagnosed with Diabetes type 2. It makes a whole lot of difference when your doctor care."
"Reception staff are poorly trained, unprofessional and unhelpful. Very shame!!! Dr are nice and polite and profesional. You guys need to invest in youbrecption team"
"I visited my gp today. After the appointment my child needed to change the nappy. I went to the baby clinic. On Monday 26/06/2017 1:30 - 3:30 pm was opened. I entered to the baby clinic around 4:30 pm, out of the hours. A doctor was in the room. She came out she said no one should here this area is closed. I said I need to change the nappy she said fine. She went back to the room. After my child was hungry and I do not want he is crying so I breastfed him when I finished she came out again she said why I am here it is close she is doing confidential work I need to leave. She was rude, discriminate. I explained he was hungry and I never had problem before about it. I asked it is problem she said no and she went back to the room amd shuted the door. I went back the reception I just said what happened. The practice manager was there and she tried to understand what it is going on. She asked her and she explained sometimes mothers are coming in breastfeed, changing nappy because it is private. She said she is doing confidential work. I explained she was rude, discriminate. The practice manager appologize but I said she has to appologize how she talked with me rudly and discriminate me and my chilf. This is not what the mothers expect or deserve. She was wrong. I hope this feedback help to progress the service, change her attitude, behave too."
