"If I could give 0 I would. They have messed up on so many occasions this place should be put under investigation. I can't ever get an appointment when I need it. I call first thing to get an appointment and get to 1st in line, then they hang up. They have misplaced medical files and even prescribed medication with peanuts (nasal cream) when I have a severe allergy. If you are looking for incompetence and neglect, look no further!"

"I was shocked, it was quick to make an appointment with a doctor. The admin staff named Niheed who was very friendly and professional. He understood my situation, probably I was lucky. I don't normally go to GP unless I am very serious illness because I had a very experience with other GP before. Anyway, the doctor was very helpful and efficient. The prescription was issued immediately and obtained it from the local pharmacy easily. Also, the doctor refer me to a hospital to check my body, I am waiting for the results. "This review is a warning to others about this GP's service. This GP has built a reputation for being disorganised and losing critical pieces of results from blood tests and scans- due to their negligence and irresponsibility I was admitted in to hospital in life-threatening conditions and received emergency blood transfusions. Whenever I call for a repeat prescription we have to wait 45 mins and when its my turn in the queue they answer it and then immediately cut the call. I am very dissatisfied with their service and plan on changing my main GP. I hope these conditions of Highbury Grange is improved in the future."
