"I'm happy with my doctor but completely having an apointment is so painful. And the staff who is caring with apointments is so careless and unkind to patients. When you call the Oakwood Medical Centre, you are waiting too much time to connect them then when she opens the phone once , she closes the phone suddenly before they give you an apointment. Please change this staff to release this pain."

"Go elsewhere. New GPs are inexperienced and care more about keeping to appointment times and getting rid of you. Have had great GPs in the past but can never keep them. Makes continuity of care poor."

"This place needs to be closed. I've been registered here for 5 years and haven't been able to get an appointment even once. I have always been treated by going to private hospitals by paying money. This is a very bad place. The people at the reception are very rude and not helpful at all. The government pays them for nothing. I went to the branch many times, they said that they can't even make transactions from the branch. If there is no operation from the office, why does this office exist, why open people work here. It should be controlled by the state. employees should be checked. they are paid by our taxes, but they do not serve us. The people at the reception laugh loudly and make the patient wait at the door. Shame on you . please everyone complain"

"Worst surgery ever! I feel being neglected for a long time now. Sick and fed of trying to make appointment to see a doctor with this surgery. One occasion I got through 8:02 am and was told all appointments are gone, how is that possible? Stop telling me to call 111 or to go walk-in centres. I know when to use these services. I just need to be able to make appointment to see doctor so can be referred to hospital."

"Absolutely impossible to get an appointment to see a doctor. Phone lines are constantly engaged and the receptionists aren't bothered or helpful in the slightest. This surgery needs a complete overhaul starting with employing good quality receptionists who show care, compassion and professionalism. Without a doubt, it has to be the worst surgery in Barnet!"
