"At a time when the nhs is struggling to provide urgent care, this hub is a saviour. Always have appointments available, offer f2f if needed. Lucky to have such a service locally as I know as a doctor patients in other areas are not so fortunate to have access to emergency GP appointments. Using this service prevented my sons admission.
