"Wow I was so impressed with their Fulham location. I was following my phone map only to look up and see this massive shop frontage and their sign right in front of me. Instantly I felt completely comfortable as I could see the inside from the outside which pleased me. I pushed open the door to be welcomed be the very helpful and knowledgeable reception team. The total experience was professional and friendly. I recommend."

"Awful experience! Was couple minutes late, and they told me that I need to reschedule for another day, because it was too late for blood test! I spent an hour going to that place, and you can’t even take my blood??"

"Please watch out! Went to a dentist here for whitening, meanwhile without any x-ray done ever since 1st visit or any other than observational examination (which was only 3-5 min), I was prescribed 4 fillings and 1 onlay. Though I have insurance it still seemed a bit too much, so before committing to such invasive treatment I went to a dental only well rated dental practice. He said there was no sign of ongoing decay and said that staining on my teeth resulted from stopped decay and that I should monitor it, but have no procedures done whatsoever. I understand every dental practice is private and profit making, but you should still have some decency to not overprescribe and milk your patients!"

"About a couple of months ago I’ve booked my first pregnancy scan at your clinic, as you can all imagine it was a very important appointment for me as we all get super anxious about the health of our little ones. I’ve traveled about 45min to get to the clinic with my 2 year old daughter (very challenging!!!) and when I was parking the car to get to the clinic (it was literally 10min before my appointment) I got a phone call saying my appointment has been cancelled because the lady who was doing the scan got covid - it was 6pm in the afternoon- how come she didn’t do the test in the morning before coming to work like all medical practices are doing theses days? That meant she was seeing all her patients with covid?? It was so frustrating. If I knew in the beginning of the day I could have planed my day accordingly and we would not have a problem. They didn’t have a plan b for me, the only option was to rebook the appointment for another day. They have other sister clinics- they could have sent me to somewhere else I don’t know, give me a discount for the next scan, but no, absolutely nothing. Also I had my bladder supper full that day as they told me to which increased my frustration. Customer service very very poor in this clinic."

"Ultrasound Scan I booked My healthcare clinic appointment through telephone. The whole process was very smooth. We were booked in for the Fulham Broadway clinic walking distance from the tube station. The receptionist was very welcoming and checked our temperature and was told be seated. My wife was called straight away after a couple of minutes. We were seen by Stacey Reck. She was very patient and very helpful. The report was handed over straight after which was very useful. The whole process took around 30-40 mints. I would highly recommend anyone My healthcare clinic. P.S They don’t take care walk-in appointment. You need to have an appointment prior to attending one of their clinics."
