"Not recommended at all I have a scheduled tele appointment at 2.40 pm today with Dr Sohini kar and its been fixed by 111 emergency team. I'm suffering from few symptoms and it needs medications immediately or atleast an advice. I never got a call back from this GP and the team is ridiculous when I approached them. You can see my appointment details clearly in your records or ask me, I'll forward it if you have time to take care of your patients. What a shame.."
"Hounslow medical Center hosts two GP’s one is Bath road surgery & Hounslow medical Centre. Practice Boundary Area for Hounslow Medical Centre and only accept patients who live within Hounslow boundary area. The medical staff is friendly & helpful. One has to book an appointments to be checked by the doctor or for any other medical treatment."
"I totally disagree with the service which you provide to me. I called you for face to face appointment and you are not giving to me because of covid you said and you keep giving me telephonic appointment which I don't want because I already told you that I have some skin problems so I want face to face appointment but nobody is understand me and giving me telephonic appointment and I attain that telephonic appointment and it was very worst because doctor said me to take a picture and then send it and I did but nobody answering anything and I am waiting and then I take second appointment as well and second doctor said me that don't worry it's just dry skin problem and he give me one prescription but I don't know what's wrong I want to meet in person but nobody understands me"
"SOME receptionists refuse appointments and try to advise you medically. Spoke to someone called Tina who did not give me an appointment for a 23 month old, telling me to give her Calpol. She didn't not understand the difference between pain relief and investigation of the root cause. Ridiculous, they don't all prioritise young children. Other times I have a fine experience and I am given an appointment easily, without fuss. Doctors usually give good advice."
"I was booked a call consultation for a specific time and I get called 1:20 before time. They call you once only ! Instead of giving you a chance to answer the phone. Knowing very well you NEED the consultation. I’m not stuck on the phone 24/7 I have thing to do. Not everyone sees their phone straight away. Have some type of consideration. They called me at 16:08 I called right back and apparently it’s closed since 16:00. Not to mention I had to call the practise to know about my referral, which they said would take 2-3 weeks after a month I called and they didn’t even put in the referral. Since COVID everything is slow. COVID has moved forward we are going back to normal living. Please do so too, because we have no priority at the moment. NHS system is going down the drain."
