"Trying to get an appointment to see or even speak to a gp is like trying to get an appointment with the Queen! In fact seeing the Queen is probably easier, she doesn't have the NON MEDICALLY TRAINED receptionists wanting to know EXACTLY what's wrong with you before THEY decide if you are worthy of the doctor's time. If you are unlucky enough to require repeated prescriptions again its damed near impossible because another non medically trained staff member decides if you are aloud to had the prescription filled or if you have had what they feel is your years worth of lifesaving medication. Complaining is a joke! The practice manager might try to call once and if you are busy with work and cant pick up. That's it they'll never try again to discuss your grievance, if you call and ask to speak with the manager the reception stormtroopers screen all calls so you can never talk to someone in charge. All that being said if you find yourself winning the lottery and actually being granted the golden ticket to be found worthy of an audience with one of the doctors they themselves are very helpful, In conclusion the medical side of the practice is and always has been of a high standard however the "support " staff let the practice down in a big way! The reseptionests are generally rude and unnecessarily unhelpful and NEVER answer the phone between 0830 and 0900 and when they do you are always told that all appointments are filled! In an emergency yse I hate to say it but use your local A&E. And the NHS wonder why A&E is being used for things that local GP'S should deal with. Chance would be a fine thing! As I've said you can very rarely get to see or even speak to one. Recommended to look elsewhere if you want to be able to get an appointment. If you want good doctors that you'll rarely get to see EASTCOTE is for you."
"Just came from the clinic, and I can say that the stuff is very unhelpful and unfriendly over there. Would not recommend to anyone!"
"Perfect service and all the staff are extremely helpful, only criticism is that there isn't clear signs for different reception desks which can cause confusion."
"I went there for my physio sessions following sciatica. I wasn't impressed with the physiotherapist and discontinued the sessions. There are busy doctors' surgeries within the same building. It can be slightly confusing for a first time visitor. Good parking facility at low rates especially if you hold a Hillingdon First card."
"Attended for a physiotherapy session, seems a well organised health centre. Perhaps the multitude of signs and notices in the reception could cause confusion for newcomers."
