"My parcel has been out for delivery twice and I've still not received it. First delivery they claimed to have been at my property when they clearly hadn't as I'd been in all day waiting. Second delivery that Argos sorted out for me they never came either and claimed that the address was wrong. I've been waiting a very long time now and the live chat is useless as there's no one ever there to talk to, wasted an hour waiting for that too. It's not possible to ring them about orders either so I've had to constantly bother Argos about my item. If I could rate this service with no stars I don't think that would do this incompetent service any justice."
"2 days booked off work as we were told our parcel was "out for delivery" still waiting, not able to contact anyone there as they don't answer the 7ppm phone line. Utterly useless will never use again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else uses them"
"If you could rate no stars I would have,what a waste of time this company is, my parcel should have been here on Monday between 1139 and 13.39 it is now Wednesday and still no sign of the parcel, I contacted the CEO as I have had enough, if it doesn't arrive today they can take it back and ill get my refund. My advice to anyone wanting to have something delivered by a reliable company, DON'T USE XDP EXPRESS. This company needs to shut down as they are about as much use as a chocolate fireguard, not impressed at all."
