"One of their taxis parked in the family bay at a shop though had no signs of having transported young children. Also left the vehicle running the entire time they were sat in the car, which was at least half an hour.if they can't show a modicum of thought for those with young children and the environment, I doubt they will treat their customers with much respect."
"I am actually very annoyed with their service. Yesterday I called a cab not only did the person I spoke to not know where I was asking to be picked up from he was also dismissive and rude when I called again asking for an eta as I had been waiting almost 30 minutes with no idea where my cab was. Now today a cab was called to get from Meadowhall to my home and that took 30 minutes of waiting to only then receive a message showing the driver to be in Rotherham and only just on the way. It took over 40 minutes to get a cab and at no point did anyone call or message to say it would be a long wait so that we could have made alternate plans. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour and I shall not be using the firm again. I am disgusted at the poor service and lack of communication from the office to say to customers if they can or can not fulfil a request in a timely manner."
