It is such a shame because it could have resulted in many repeated sales. Ended up purchasing my kitchen at another Benchmarx branch. Furthermore, there was an issue with him including power tools for my builder in the quote worth nearly £600 masked as 'promotions'. When I asked him about this he denied any wrong doings so will give him the benefit of the doubt."
