"The Chiswick showroom is amazing and beautifully laid out all I want to do is move in! The quality of the furniture and kitchens are extraordinary and very reasonably priced. I do not think that there is anything on the market that compares. The guarantee provided on the kitchen and furniture is proof of the quality that the product provides. Somehow they have managed to take traditional styles with a contemporary edge that really works and will stand the test of time, it will not date. The staff are very attentive and take the time to explain the furniture in detail, something rarely found today. They always remember you which makes the ordering process very easy, nothing seems to much trouble. Neptune seems to focus heavily on customer service and with such a fabulous product, it would appear they have a winning combination. We have the Suffolk kitchen, Montague bar stools, Imperial pendant lamps, Harrington garden furniture with the Tuscany coffee table, Chichester grand chest drawers, Chichester original chest drawers with big bouquets of the flowers and scattered cushions everywhere among other things. I think it would be easier to make a list of things we don't want rather than the things we do want. We may have to sell our house so we can have more space to purchase more of this wonderful product. I can not recommend Neptune enough, it is pure luxury at an affordable price that will last a life time. The perfect one stop shop!"
