"Awful place with even worse staff! We went to the showroom and staff, namely Dilip was so attentive and helpful in taking our money. However, on delivery of goods we called Dilip (one the same day) to inform him of some faults, he kept trying to fob us off. There was a burn mark and a couple of other issues, we were fair, asked for a replacement. Dilip made excuses on why this issue was out of his control and promised to provide us with a cleaning kit which would really help, till this day the kit never turned up, nor did he care to call us. Wish I would them 0 stars as they are rip off merchants!!! Avoid at all costs and go to a reputable furniture supplier, not an Indian rip off shop!"
