"Very unprofessional. If you deal with one individual, you will have to keep dealing with the same man and wait until he is back from holiday. There is no system. I bought 6 chairs, delivered to my house. 2 of the new chair legs were short so I had to send them back get repaired. Waited few weeks to get prepared when I called to chase they said the guy you dealt with is on holiday and wait for few days. If its a business, a business should deal with customers. No one is responsible and accountiable."
