"Took my 1 year old and they barely looked at him and said he was fine just a cold. Got to see our usual GP and he does have a chest infection as we thought. If they had actually listened and took time to examine him properly they may not have misdiagnosed a baby. Surely anyone in the medical profession would know how dangerous untreated infections can become in children. Unprofessional staff on reception laughing hysterically while the waiting room is full of unwell people."

"Both triage Nurse and Nurse who examined me were both very unpleasant - not what you want when you aren't well. I appreciate they are very busy but this is not acceptable. Left without any treatment because apparently I didn't fit the criteria for an x-ray."

"Absolutely incredible care given this evening. I went to whiston hospital and told there was a 7 hour wait which I couldn’t do as I had to get home for my husband who was recovering from spinal surgery. I went to our walk in at 7pm and was triaged, x-rays and follow up within the hour. Thank you to the wonderful nurse and reception staff who supported me tonight. No words can thank you enough. "I have been referred to the detal care here as I am terrified on the dentist. There is free parking available on site including disabled parking. Recently they had a cancellation and they were able to squeeze me in. Even just a consultation scars the life out of me, but I arrived for my appointment. The staff here were absolutely amazing with me and helped to keep me calm. They explained everything that would happen and worked hard to come up with the best decision for me. The staff were so friendly and did not make me feel insecure about my fears."

"The staff at the Urgent treatment center was helpful, polite, payed attention and treated me with respect and in the best possible way.
