Reviews of Bob Hope Theatre
"Excellant performance of Sondheims Company, produced by Artform, an excellant amateur company. Very full theatre, relaxed and friendly front of house and a welcome bar area. Lovely set up all together and the sound quality and lighting was very professional."
"Panto. Great performances, story and sets. The kids in the audience were so excited and made the whole experience fantastic. Congratulations to all involved. Looking forward to the more productions. If you haven't been,go."
"I took my mum who has dementia she loved it from start to finish. Beautiful little theatre. Great experience, staff helpfull and very friendly. We saw Red Riding Hood and the Eternal Winter. Absolutely brilliant, thank you. I've created the most amazing memory with Mum, who said she didn't want it to end and wants to come back thanks !"
"Had the pleasure of going to a pantomine at the local Bob Hope Theatre in Eltham recently. The theatre was immaculately clean (the seats looked like they were new?), the production was fun and the stewards & ushers were very attentive & polite. For me the pricing of the tickets and interval snacks was reasonable, and the spacing of the seats was decent for taller than average persons. We had a great day out, and will be coming back."
"The theatre was beautiful and clean. The stuff were accommodating as I was late. I do think it is a hidden treasure. The railway children was great, fun and affordable. Sadly there was not free parking. It is accessible by bus, car (if you pay for parking) . The staff are lovely and Friendly. There was an actor who had a small park but he had to act say Russian. The people who spoke it said it was perfect. This eye for detail is what made the show perfect."
