"Contacted this firm about a week ago and spoke to the company director David. Emailed over sizes for a partition and he replied back with a rough quote. All was fine so I asked for them to come out to measure accurate and provide a solid quote. Received the quote, all was fine and then I asked a question if a door lock and closure was included David advised door lock was included but the closure would be additional, I asked if this could be chucked in for the price to then receive an unprofessional reply back saying as they was making no more on the job it would be best for us to use a competitor.... why give a quote your making no money on and waste around 2 weeks of my time when I could have been long on with having the work done by another company. Waste of time! Shocking customer service."
