"Very helpful until you hit a problem. We picked our worktop following seeing a sample in the shop. However the sample is nothing like the worktop when it turned up. Certain worktops have a "medullary ray markings" on them that basically looks like your worktop is marked. This is isn't shown on the display or explained to you when you purchase the worktop. So after spending £10,000 with Howdens they aren't willing to help as it is part if the design and not a fault. A design that isn't shown. So make sure you ask about any "medullary ray markings" because after youve spent your £10,000 all your getting back off Howdens is a £50 goodwill voucher."
