"Unfortunately I found the counter staff to be unhelpful and slightly patronising. I went in to ask about cooker extractor fans and in particular 'down draght' ones. I was told he had "never heard of them" and looked at me as if I was stupid, ( I have had 2 in my kitchen for 30 years, admittedly they are high grade makes so maybe he hadn't heard of them) I went to show him my floor plans to explain and he said" it's no good showing me that " and turned to walk away, which I found very rude, hence I left the shop. I have now found them elsewhere with a very helpful member of their staff."
