Discovery Planet

"Staff are nice, I've never had any problems with them. However, some parents/careres come across as very rude, aggressive and obnoxious. Perhaps it's to do with the nature of this area (you get what I mean) so nothing can be done unfortunately."

"Went to discovery planet today with my daughter the staff are very friendly and informative. Special thanks to Amanda today who helped keep my little one entertained whilst waiting to enter as they was super busy. Great place and people!"

"Place was kid friendly but far from being clean, one of the staff were a little unprofessional in tyring to explain to my 6 year old not to throw the plastic balls out of the ball pit but her approach was a little bet aggressive and I did not like it , so coming back is not an option"

"We came here on Friday, 21st October 2022. My children liked it. But I felt the place is really small. We came around 4pm for the hour session. (They close at 5pm). The staff were really friendly. There was only one toilet for the girls. (But there are more toilets outside of the play centre on the same floor). You can get a free 'kids meal, burger/nuggets and chips' when you come in for the 4pm - 5pm session from burger King. (Which is next door to discovery planet)."

"It's a big place with a lot to play with but they let in too many children. It got so crowded that I had to take my 4+ and 2+ out. I saw children falling on other children. Saw a little girl trying to shield her brother from other kids falling and pulling and shouting. At one point, I heard a child crying, all parents wore a worrying face. Maybe it's the fault of the kids, I don't know. It should be pre booked for safety concerns."
