"Awful experience here this morning. We waited our turn to speak to the guy behind the counter at which point we were the only ones in the shop. We asked for some guidance and assistance for the project we had in mind but after 5 minutes or so of being repeatedly told "look over there" "just decide" and "its not that hard" it was clear we were not going to get any. We therefore left the shop and will not be returning and we will not be recommending anyone else to attend either. Some of the worst 'customer service' ever experienced. (For reference we have now spoken to another branch and it appears this attitude is NOT company wide which is reassuring)"
