The process to get a quote is painful and, despite being promised one 'within a week', over 4 weeks later and after numerous phone calls to chase I am still waiting. Apparently they are 'very busy'. They seem to think they are the only ones but are unlikely to be for long if this is how they deal with potential customers. I'm expecting a response to this blaming the answerphone or Covid or the Planets being misaligned. Truth is I can deal with delays and disruption, all it takes is a phone call to explain. It's just courtesy. Have decided to go with another local business who were far more interested. Avoid this outfit."
