"I had a really great experience in store, the lady who served us was really helpful. We left a deposit on a sofa as we’d travelled nearly 2 hours and wanted to check the sizing in our lounge. We’d advised the lady we would call up the next day and place the order and it’s now been a week and every time we call the store the team say ‘I will get her to call you back’ we can’t even order with anyone else as she put our discount on Still, a week later we still can’t order. "Fabulous quality sofas, we ordered 3 in June and they arrived in September. As soon as the sofas arrived I noticed a small hole in the arm on one. Stokers were brilliant, they apologised, arranged for the manufacturer to send a replacement arm which a specialist then came out to fit. We couldn’t be happier with service in the shop and the after sales service and the sofas are beautiful, comfy and fabulous quality."
