"Bought kitchen its fine apart from i av sink carnt use as it didnt fit in kitchen ad bin bac twice 2 change cupboard n doors so bit fed up ad put old 1in as need sink were running water cause wknd n closed now stuck wer usless sink"
"Not pleased at all to be honest with Howdens Chester. I submitted my plans 2 months ago, made numerous calls asking for a suggested design but never got anything. Eventually someone came out to measure my kitchen and they were supposed to send designs the day after. Two weeks on and still no design. I call everyday, leave messages asking for someone to make the plans and I never hear back. Very poor service. Edit: I have now received my design plans after over 2 months. However, there is no price attached to them so I need to chase the installer to get a quote. Edit 2: Now that I posted this review I also received a quote. Thank you! I will raise the rating to 3 stars."
