"Went there today and was quite disappointed. Not much food items to pick from, mainly vitamins and other medicines I wouldn't consider buying. As I work in retail myself, I'm always mindful to be pleasant and smiley to any staff. The cashier was just plain rude back, seemed like she wanted me out of the shop immediately. Seemed quite short with other customers too. My mother commented how rude she was (she was waiting outside and could hear everything). If I need anything from Holland and Barrett I'll probably go into Manchester or another store where I won't be made to feel awkward."
