Reviews
"Always good for a bargain. Not been for a while as our local store has closed down."
"Hi I have a bad back the staff always pack my bags for me thay sre so nice pat"
"The staff are rude. They are more concerned in talking to each other via their ear pieces, ignoring the customer. No please no thank yous just scan ur stuff and ignore you, very rude"
"Have been going into this shop for years. There are a couple of members of staff, one long standing (female, tall, sandy hair) one newer (male) who are fairly frequently quite rude. It's far worse since the headsets have been in use as you can never tell if they are talking to you or to someone over the headset. The tall woman in particular conducts long, in depth conversations about all aspects of her life as she's scanning your groceries. Last time I was in it was about dog food and what she was doing at the weekend. It's so unprofessional. We really don't want to know the ins and outs of her private life when we've just popped in for bread. I'm not the only one who's noticed this - two other regulars there have mentioned her inappropriate conversations. She was talking about different topics when they went in! Such a lack of dignity and discretion is quite off putting. It's very discourteous to be having a full on chin wag when you're dealing with customers. And heaven forbid if you want to ask a question, you have to break in to her conversation, which can be a struggle! I've been going in there less of late, as I find them so impolite."
"Felt like the server barked at me to go to his till then demanded me to put my things on the counter with an attitude. Literally took me back the way he spoke to me.Never shopped in here in my life, thought I'd go in for a change as i needed a few bits and it was a Sunday so slim pickings. Won't come back again. If you don't have the basic communication skills or respect to speak/ deal with customers in a decent manor DONT work in customer service. I have bad anxiety especially when shopping alone and this was just a disgusting experience."
