"I can't think of anything positive with this pharmacy. To get an answer of the phone is near impossible. The medication is never ever there or ready when it should be. Always say that the GP hasn't sent it over yet. Even when I've seen the GP do it in front of me. Or always a huge wait time for it to be made. And get asked to go do go shopping or come back 30-60 minutes later. No matter the day or time of the week. Never had this issue in all the years I was using the Hyde ASDA pharmacy. It be there being made up before I've even got there and it's only the other side of the car park. Something or somebody needs to change in terms of how it is run. Shambles since day 1 of using and its not good."
"Had my prescription sent straight from the doctors for a few years now never and issue. In the past 6 months gone completely down hill no communication if they can’t get hold of something so making a trip for nothing. The other week had someone else’s medication in my bag, the young slim girl very rude in her tone. A real shame time to move on I think."
"Collected a prescription here last week after having too many bad experiences at my usual pharmacy. There was a long queue and the staff were working very hard under a lot of pressure, the lady that served me was very polite and friendly despite how busy it was. I Will definitely be using this pharmacy in future."
"The pharmacy staff NEVER answer the phone which means your left to take a chance that they have your prescription and meds in stock which the don’t always. Use this service if u want to waste your time. Otherwise avoid"
"They lie and say your prescription hasn’t been sent by the doctor after they have downloaded and printed it, so just tell them fine give me the number from the spine so I can go somewhere else and they’ll do it in 5 minutes because they can’t return it after they download it and they’re lying to your face if they say that. The fat guy is pathetic and will makeup stuff to try to make it seem like the chaos they call a pharmacy isn’t their fault. They are pathetic. No pharmacy education just regular employees. Go to boots. They’re professional and they don’t lie and yore not stood in line 30 minutes and then asked to come back in 20 minutes or an hour or the next day."
