"Management is a full of corruption no respect for the foreigners. Such a shame company to work with. Used to work there as a customer assistant and I can assure you that racism still exist for some of the people who support it including the store manager. Such a SHAME. A big company like marks and Spencer should have seriously dealt with it as it’s not fair for people like me from a different country to be treated differently. SUCH A SHAME."

"Small food shop you need to be quick if you're trying to find a particular item in this shop. Shelves empty quickly! Mostly self service checkouts, small amount of staff but always friendly and helpful."

"Small M&S, has the basics but not the full range like other branches in the area. Staff are not the best trained and like to argue with the customer instead of listening to the valid points being made. Staff are too quick to blame the head office and issues always need to be reported to customer services before the staff are capable of dealing with the problem at hand. Prices are also not clearly displayed for many items and products are put in offer spaces that are not part of the offer advertisement. Misleading the customer appears to be an art in the branch of Marks and Spencer"
