"Had an unpleasant experience when picking up our entertaining order last week. My husband arrived at till saying that it had already been paid for. Cashier along with cashier behind insisted that orders had to paid at the till. So we did. To say it was embarrasing is an understatement. And of course it turned out we had already paid. So had to drive back to get our money back. And all the manager could do was say sorry!!! So will never shop there again!!!!!"
"Their shelfs are always empty! Especially in their veg and fruit department. Can’t rely on them to have everything I need. M&S in kingston never have this problem."
"Put signs up about parking charges years ago, but only started enforcing them a month or so ago - now I have £100 worth of fines. Some warning would have been polite to their customers who combined their shop at Waitrose with other activities in the area that in all took over 2 hours."
