"My worst online purchase experience. This company trades online as handlesandthings. Firstly, the advertised prices are exclusive of taxes and you only get to know later about this after you have paid for the goods. As if that is not enough what is advertised is not what they post to the customer but you get inferior products and the trader explains that it is just a name and that doesn't matter. I finally decided that was enough and demanded a refund. Getting my refund also proved to be a pain in the neck which took more than a month and whenever I called I was promised of a refund in three days. All in all this was my worst experience and quite exhausting. I will never buy from this company again!!!"
