"Very small variety of lots of items: hardware such as screws and nails but only few types, cleaning products, appliances, gardening supplies, electrical supplies etc. The result is never finding what you actually need but something similar that doesn't do the job. Prices seem to be a little above average for most items. The staff on the floor is kind and helpful but the older ladies behind the register are quite rude and seem annoyed by all customers."

"My 13 year old son visited the store on Sunday lunchtime 6th Dec, but forgot his mak. He politely asked a member of staff if he would be allowed in if he pulled up his top to cover his face (which I understand can be considered a face covering), oe whether they had a disposable mask that he could wear. The female member of staff behind the counter told him rather abrubtly that he was not welcome in the store. Understandably, my son was very upset at being treated so rudely by the member of staff and he was even shooed out of the shop with a very dismissive hand gesture. Unfortunately we do not have the name of this terribly rude member of staff, but is this really how you treat your customers.....during these difficult times....in the lead up to Christmas?"

"My positive experience seems appears to be at odds with a few of the reviews posted here. When I've asked for specific item, the item has been personally located or if out of stock, I've been provided with an alternative product. At times, the store can be busy and it can be challenging to find an available member of staff. However, when available, their full attention and customer service is outstanding."
