"A friend recommended Silk Lounge to me as I was fed up with nail salons I had been visiting in Basildon. All I can say is I will not be getting my nails done anywhere else. The salon is run by an appointment system which is great as other salons I have felt like I am on a conveyer belt. All the girls are lovely and they really provide a quality service and go above and beyond. I've been back every month :)"
"Absolutely disgusting service , been using them 3 months and in that time , they have double booked my appointment twice and unable to help me out On my first appointment we’re very nice , chatty and approachable However after this first time rude, and didn’t make any effort to communicate They are not a cheap place !!!!! "Do not use!!!!!!!!! Booked an appointment 3 days ago, to get a call 15 mins before to say can I come 15 mins later, not a problem. Went to the salon, for me to be told that they cannot fit me in as they dont have enough pedicure stations. Absolutely terrible management and not even a sincere apology from anyone in there. Will never recommend anyone too use this salon. Would give 0 stars if I could."
