"What a lovely salon, my first impression on arriving at the Beauty Lounge in West Byfleet, was of how clean & classy it looked. The reception area with happy staff, immaculately dressed to greet you, immediately creates a feeling of calm and relaxation. As a nervous client I was instantly put at ease with the offer of refreshment. The products for sale were beautifully stocked and displayed and I was seen promptly but not rushed. Led by Vicki to one of the treatment rooms where we talked and laughed our way through my treatment the other rooms en route were clean, tidy and stylishly decorated. The products that were used were really good quality and Vicki's working methods were exceptional in comparison to other high end salons. I am very impressed with the end result and will definitely return for further treatments in the future."
