"I had visit this place 3 days ago and it was the worst experience I had ! I walking and asking for 10 minutes sun bedding service and also I did ask the lady which sun bed is stronger and which one is more aggressive and bronzing?She gave me a strange look and she said she don't know what’s the difference plus she said the info should be on the window...... I ask again what kind of types lamps you have because I burned my skin the last time so I need to be careful and need your advise. She simply start laugh at me. And said again I don’t know I never heard about different..... same time some girl left one of the sun bed cabin so she ask her if she knows what I am talking about...... well and that was a very rude unprofessional and simply sad. The both started to laugh and give me the funny faces which was very rude. And both could not answer my questions....... I just ask her if she is working here she said yes....... so I just said is very strange you don't know the basic info. Again laugh....... so I left :/ the amazing services give me a black long hair lady. Which definitely need training about customer service! So for me it was disappointing very much. And not recommended this place to all my friends for shure!"
